Asheville Redefines Transit

Carticulate was proud to be a part in rejuvenating the city of Asheville, North Carolina's regional transit and bus system in the campaign "Asheville Redefines Transit." In the spirit of getting people to ride the bus through an energetic, green-friendly, and well-designed campaign, we worked to make the way-finding simple.

Acknowledging that bus maps are some of the most confusing to follow, our map design used simple lines, mimicking the street geography and adding in clues like landmarks and cross streets. The route symbology developed for the map is used on all city signage and in the ART Station Transit Center.
